About
Resolution is a nonprofit research institute being founded by researchers from Timaeus and the UK AISI Alignment team.
We aim for higher a priori confidence in aligned superintelligence — through a portfolio of theory and empirics bets, accelerated by automation. Our founding team includes Geoffrey Irving, Daniel Murfet, and researchers from AISI Alignment and Timaeus, with a large in-person presence in Berkeley and researchers in London, Melbourne, and elsewhere.
